Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Noam relocated to New York City to pursue a position in bond trading, where he developed an advanced understanding of real estate finance and loan structures. After moving to Williamsburg in 2009, Noam quickly fell in the love with the neighborhood and found himself helping friends to find, purchase and develop properties in the area.
