David Maundrell Jr. comes to aptsandlofts.com, after a successful career in the financial services industry where he excelled in marketing, sales and relationship management. He is a highly energetic individual who enjoys an active pace at work, and he has found that his entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and focus on customer satisfaction suits him well in his new role as a real estate broker.
Though he is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, David has spent most of his adult life in the Williamsburg and Midwood sections of Brooklyn, making him a great resource for clients interested in relocating to these vibrant neighborhoods. He is an active member of his church and community and serves as Vice President of his building’s co-op board. He also enjoys going to NY Jets games, playing golf and cooking.
David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Pace University and did his graduate work at St. John’s University.
